Global networks define our work environment of the 21st century. Employees at all levels communicate across national, cultural and linguistic boundaries on a daily basis. Individuals, their leaders and employers strive to reap the creative potential of this diversity while minimizing friction.
The Professorship for International Management focuses on the human factor in multinational companies. We address current issues at the intersection of international management, organizational behavior, and human resource management, present our research at international conferences, and publish in leading journals. In order to prepare students for the demands of a globalized business world, we offer our courses in English and cooperate with international guest lecturers from academia and the private sector.
